German Federal Agency for Employment
The Bundesagentur für Arbeit (German Federal Agency for Employment) helps with the placement of jobs, also for foreigners. In order to work as a non-EU citizen in Germany, you need a work permit. You usually get these mainly when your profession is currently being searched for in Germany. These branches include, for example, mechatronics, computer science, metal and machine construction as well as nursing staff. In some circumstances, your degree must be recognized beforehand, for example, if you wish to work as a doctor. You will get advice about that from the agency.
