Saxon Higher Administrative Court
The Higher Administrative Court in Bautzen is the highest court of administrative justice in Saxony. It decides in particular on appeals against decisions of the three administrative courts in Saxony (Chemnitz, Dresden and Leipzig). The main task of the administrative jurisdiction is the effective legal protection warranty: If someones rights are violated by public power he is entitled to sue against the autohrity based on Article 19, paragraph 4 Constitutional Law and Article 38 of the Constitution of Saxony. Especially the administrative courts protect the citizens against unlawful acts of the administration.
